PolygateFX

Four lanes. Eight effects. Infinite patterns.

PolyGateFX is the full polyrhythmic gating experience. Run up to four sequencer lanes at independent clock divisions — their envelopes multiply together, so audio only passes when all lanes agree. The result is intricate, evolving rhythmic patterns that would take hours to sequence by hand.

Then route each step through a per-lane FX chain. Crush it, pitch it, reverse it, drown it in reverb — all tempo-synced, all per-step. Add LFO modulation and things start to breathe, shift, and evolve on their own.

Four voices, four shapes

Each lane has its own ADSR envelope with amp drive and stereo panning. Sharp transient gates, slow ambient swells, inverted sidechain ducks — mix and match across lanes. The visual editor shows you exactly what each gate sounds like before you hear it.

Per-step effects routing

Each lane has its own FX bus with 3 effect slots. Every step can send a different amount to its lane's FX chain — so step 1 might be dry, step 3 gets crushed, and step 7 disappears into a wash of reverb. Eight effects to choose from:

Modulation that moves

3 LFOs per lane, mappable to any parameter — filter cutoff, FX send, pan, even other LFOs. Run them free or tempo-synced. Set a fade-in and watch patterns slowly transform over time. This is where simple gate sequences start to feel alive.
